Suitable for use in interior and exterior locations in both dry and wet service conditions.Dubond's Tuffex GT is a polymer additive for Dufill cement-based grouts. Not for use with adhesives. This admixture is manufactured under an approved quality assurance system conforming to BS EN ISO9002 and in accordance with the requirements of the environmental standards and operational scope of BS7750:1994.

Areas of Application:

• For internal and external use ,in domestic, commercial and industrial applications for street furniture,
• in environments subject to heavy use,
• Natural stone, agglomerate materials, marble Flooring and walls,
• Suitable for use as an additive in cement-based grouts
• Suitable for grout homogeneous tiles, low thickness slabs, ceramic tiles, Klinker, cotton, glass and ceramic mosaic of all types and formats
• Swimming pools, tanks, and fountains, for grouting deformable substrates, also in areas subject to thermal shock and freezing

Dubond’s Duplast RTPL is an admixture capable of acting not only as a plasticizer but which is also capable of delaying setting time of concrete ensuring that the cement is used more efficiently to provide workability or increased strength at reduced water content. it is used to retard the setting time of concrete with water reduction for a specified workability.

Areas of application:

• For raft foundation, slip form structure, tunnels etc to avoid cold joints.For difficult pore and congested steel work.In high temperature, warmer climates.Ready mix concrete for long hauls/ hot weather concreting.Pumped concrete- to offset problems due to break down delays.

Compatibility:

• Duplast RTPL can be used with all types of Portland cement including sulphate resisting (Type V). For use with other special cements, contact Dubond’s Technical Dept. Duplast RTPL should not be premixed with other admixtures. If other admixtures are to be used in concrete containing Duplast RTPL, they must be dispensed separately. If in doubt, consult Dubond’s Technical Dept.

Product Details:

Air Entraining Admixtures Water Reducer is designed to produce air entrainment in concrete mixes. It is used whenever compacted, durable concrete with resistance to frost action and effects of de-icing salt is required. It improves workability & reduces tendency of bleeding. It also reduces density of light weight blocks, without impairing strength. It gives increased durability to dense concrete blocks & because of entrained air; a reduction in material cost is achieved.

Uses:

• Mass concreting works of dams, marine environment and concrete subjected to ground water salt.
• Duplast AIREX is used to produce workable and durable concrete for roads, runways, taxiways, power stations and underground water tanks.

Safety precautions:

• As with all chemical products, care should be taken during use and storage to avoid contact with eyes, mouth, skin and foodstuffs (which can also be tainted with vapour until product is fully cured or dried).
• Do not reuse containers for storage of consumable item.
• Duplast AIREX is a non-toxic and inflammable. When in contact with the skin, it should be washed with cold water.
• If accidentally ingested, seek immediate medical attention.
• Treat splashes to eyes and skin immediately.
• Keep away from children and animals.
• Reseal containers after use.
